Returns & Warranty

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund.

To obtain a refund please contact our Customer Service teams on the following emails and please include your order number.

Your order must be sent back to us within 21 days of delivery to be assessed by our Customer Service team. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us.

In order for us to process your refund with no delays, we ask you to adhere to the following instructions and terms:

• We only accept returns sent to us within 21 days after an order has been delivered to you.
• All return packages must be shipped with a proof of purchase.
• We are not able to process refunds if proof of purchase is not provided. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that your order is securely packed.
• The items must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging and tags still attached.

We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees.

We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.

We aim to accept all return but in the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Warranty

Scuvvers Pty Ltd’s warranty obligations for the product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Scuvvers Pty Ltd warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Scuvvers Pty Ltd within the Warranty Period, at its option, Scuvvers Pty Ltd will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Scuvvers Pty Ltd warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Scuvvers Pty Ltd’s property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Scuvvers Pty Ltd’s property.

Exclusions and Limitations

Scuvvers Pty Ltd’s limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.

No Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Scuvvers Pty Ltd specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Scuvvers Pty Ltd cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No Scuvvers Pty Ltd reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warrant.

Damages Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scuvvers Pty Ltd is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property.

Consumer Protection

For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Scuvvers Pty Ltd liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
